Description

This is a premium vegetable ghee as an alternative to the traditional butter fat ghee.  It’s made from fully refined and deodorized palm oil. It is palm based vegetable ghee that is non-hydrogenated, transfat and cholesterol free.  

Widely used as salad, cooking, frying cooking oil and much of its popularity is due to its good resistance to oxidation and formation of breakdown products at frying temperature and longer shelf life of finished product.
