Description
This is a premium quality
shortening derived from fractionated, bleached and deodorized palm oil. It is
specially formulated to ensure good leaving and tendering effect in dough
products. It can be used more broadly to
apply to any fat that is used for baking and which is solid at room
temperature. Shortening has a bland and
neutral flavor and is essentially tasteless.
It blends well with flour, making useful in pastry making.
Application:
Bakery industries, ideal for automatic and
semi-automatic production of bread, biscuits, cookies, pastries, wafers and
sandwich cream for biscuits.
